It was an amazing experience to be a participant at the Twin Cities Birth and Baby Expo today. We were able to network with so many businesses and met so many wonderful families and professionals. Every story has a beginning.  This one starts one week ago.  I had seen a post on facebook about breastfeeding and mothering tattoos.  Since passionate about breastfeeding, and I love seing pictures of tattoos, I checked it out.  I ended up over at Nursing Freedom brousing through the photos.  After, I started looking through Amanda's other posts and found this one.  Her story struck a cord within me, except I recieved my "breastfeeding support bag" from my clinic instead of when I left the hospital. 

I KNEW right away, this was a project I wanted to get behind.  That I wanted to start in my area.  So, I pitched it to my mommy friends, already knowing they would want to do it too.  I was right. 

So here I/we are.  We are e-mailing businesses, gethering materials, getting ready to go.  Plans are being made for fundraisers, so we can keep this project going and grow it as much as we can!
